Intrigued by the quality of fruits and vegetables in New Zealand, he compared the accessibility of quality fresh produce back in India. This led him to the roots of the fresh produce supply chain, connecting to hundreds of farmers, spending days and nights in local farmer markets across the country. Then and there, he decided to give up a lucrative, well-settled job as a food auditor in New Zealand and made it a mission to make fresh fruits and vegetables easily accessible to the Indian table.
